We will initially have a strategy and consultation session where we identify all the aspects of your life that need attention and improvement. After that, we create a clear strategy with the necessary daily habits and actions you must integrate over 3, 6 or 12 months (depending on your needs) to reach the desired outcome.
Most individual therapy is conducted once per week and lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.
During the entire coaching and therapy cycle, we will identify self-sabotaging behaviours, limiting beliefs, past trauma, energetic blockages within the body, energy-draining people and habits that keep your attention and focus away from your desired outcome. We will develop solutions and inner strength to overcome each obstacle as they come.
